6. Maintenance & cleaning
Maintenance is only allowed to be carried out by trained staff.
Diaphragm valves are low-maintenance parts. They have to be checked and maintained periodically.
These periods are depending on working load and have to be defined according to valid rules.
For external cleaning, commercially available cleaning agents can be used. Check the chemical resistance of all
materials used in the valve, which could come in contact with the cleaning agent, before applying
