5.4 App "myWIKA wireless device"

Via the "myWIKA wireless device" app and a Bluetooth
connection, the functionality of the LoRaWAN
activated and deactivated through the mobile device. Furthermore, the
EN
instrument data and the current measured value can be read via the app.
For this, follow the instructions on the screen.
Temperature adjustment for versions with RTD sensors
The temperature adjustment can be found in the "myWIKA wireless device" app under
"Device" / "Device actions" / "Temperature adjustment".
The associated "password" is WIKA_Calibration!.
For RTD sensors (Pt100/Pt1000 2- /3-wire), adjustment values can be saved separately
in the radio unit:
1. Set the RTD sensors to be calibrated via "sensor measurements".
2. Manual reset of "offset" and "gain" via "user calibration". Reset "gain" to 1.0f
and "user calibration" "Offset" to 0.0f or reset the instrument to factory settings.
The user calibration is set at the factory and offers a high level of accuracy,
so calibration by the customer is not necessary.
Resetting the radio unit to the factory settings resets the settings for all RTD
variants (PT100/PT1000 2-/3-wire).
Two calibration points (P1 in K < P2 in K) must then be measured. In order to achieve a
high degree of accuracy, it is advisable to wait a short time until the measured value has
settled and to record this and the reference value.
The calculation of "offset" and "gain" will be carried out in accordance with the follow-
ing formulae:
Finally, the calculated values of "gain" and "offset" are entered and these are trans-
ferred to the radio unit using the "apply" button.
