10. Insert / replace batteries

Before opening the rear cover,
switch off the power supply
and disconnect the test leads
from the input terminals and
the circuit.
1. When the battery voltage is ≤6 V
±0.2 V, the low battery symbol
will be displayed.
2. Turn the function dial to the "OFF"
position, and remove the test leads
from the input terminals.
3. Unscrew and remove the battery
cover to replace the battery.

11. Operation

Replace the battery if the low battery warning
information besides the warning signs marked on the DMM
terminals. The measured voltage or current must not exceed
