Problem
The BlueTouch
Pain Relief
Patch suddenly
switches off during
treatment.
The BlueTouch Pain
Relief Patch does
not appear to work
for me, for I notice
no effect.
The BlueTouch
Pain Relief Patch
switches to a lower
intensity.
The charging light
turns solid red
for 8 seconds and
the BlueTouch
Pain Relief Patch
switches off.
Possible cause
The pre-set
treatment time
has elapsed.
It may take
two weeks
before the
effects become
noticeable.
The
temperature
of the device is
too high.
The
rechargeable
battery is
empty.
Solution
The BlueTouch Pain Relief
Patch is programmed to
switch off automatically after
the treatment time at the
selected treatment mode has
elapsed. Just before it switches
off you hear a triple tone
(high to low).
Be patient and allow more
time for the effects to become
noticeable.
Remove the BlueTouch Pain
Relief Patch from your body,
switch it off and let it cool
down. Make sure that you
do not wear too many or
too thick clothes over the
BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch
during treatment.
