• After you have selected the heating meth-
od, set the desired oven temperature
using the temperature controller (14). The
oven can be set from 50 °C to 250 °C.
This means that the oven is switched off.
Hot steam can escape from the extraction
hood (15).
If the oven does not turn on
If the oven does not turn on, the display will
show the reason. There are two possible
reasons:
– The oven only works when the time is set.
Otherwise, the display flashes, see „Set-
ting the current time" on page EN-22.
– The oven is in automatic operation mode.

„The timer" on page EN-22).

Oven indicator light

The red oven indicator light (8) will illumi-
nate as soon as you have selected a heat-
ing method and set the temperature. It will
light up while the oven is heating up and/or
re-heating. Once it goes out, the set oven
temperature has been reached.
The red oven indicator light goes on and off
repeatedly during the entire cooking time.

Oven lighting

NOTICE
Only use the oven light to light up the
cooking compartment. It is not suitable
for lighting a room.
• Set the function switch (12) to the lamp
symbol to illuminate the oven.
• The lighting will also switch on as soon as
you open the oven door.
