Adjusting gap blades (As needed)
The part of the cutting blade shown in the figure can be adjusted
the gap between blades.
Loosen the locknuts 1/2 turn with 10 mm open end wrench.
Tighten the blade bolts until snug with 10 mm open end wrench.
Loosen the bolts 1/2 turn.
Hold the bolts from turning and tighten the locknuts.
When bolt adjustment is correct, there should be a gap of 0.25 -
0.50 mm between the cutter blades and the flat washers, and the
flat washer beneath each bolt head should turn freely.
If the gap is too small, it will cause malfunction.
The part of the cutting blade shown in the figure requires no pe-
riodic adjustment. Make sure all blade bolts are tight and in good
condition.
Tools required:
Grease gun, Rag.
Parts required:
Lithium based grease.(NLGI Grade 2)
1. Remove grease fitting cap.
2. Clean dirt from grease fitting.
3. Hold the product firmly and carefully pump grease in fitting.
Do not force grease. Too much pressure will force grease
past seals and cause damage. Apply 2 - 3 pumps of
grease every 15 - 20 hours of operation. If adding grease
too much, it will cause malfunction.
4. Replace grease fitting cap.
NOTE
 Use good quality lithium multi grease.
