The status LED on the urinal flush control shows the following statuses:

Off
Lights up green
Lights up red
Troubleshooting
Malfunction
No flush actuation

Cause
Network failure (green LED on
power supply unit does not
light up)
Water supply valve closed
Power supply unit defective
Solenoid valve defective
Flush control blocked due to
error message
Flush control blocked,
brightness sensor detects that
the environment is too bright
Control defective
Sensor in urinal trap dirty or
defective
Action
▶ Check the power supply.
▶ Open the water supply valve.
▶ Replace the power supply unit. → See
"Replacing the power supply unit",
page 29.
▶ Replace the solenoid valve. → See
"Replacing the solenoid valve",
page 31.
▶ Read out and rectify the error with the
Geberit Control app.
▶ Ensure that the urinal ceramic
appliance completely covers the urinal
flush control.
▶ Optimise the threshold value of the
brightness sensor with Geberit Control
App.
▶ Switch off the brightness sensor with
the Geberit Control app.
Attention: If the brightness sensor is
switched off and the urinal ceramic is
dismantled, unintentional flushing may
occur.

▶ Clean the urinal trap. → See "Cleaning
