Do not use worn-down discs from
larger electric tools. These are not
intended for the fast speeds of smaller
electric tools and may fracture.

RESIDUAL RISKS

Even when you use this electric power tool
correctly, residual risks remain. The following
dangers may arise in connection with the con-
struction and application of electric power
tools, among other things:
Lung damage if no suitable protective dust
mask is used.
Damage to hearing if no suitable ear pro-
tection is used.
Damage to health resulting from hand-arm
vibrations if the electric power tool is used
over a long period of time, or is incorrectly
operated or maintained.
Warning! These electric power tools pro-
duce an electromagnetic field during oper-
ation. Under certain circumstances, this
field may impair the operation of active or
passive medical implants. In order to
reduce the danger of serious or fatal inju-
ries, we recommend that persons with
medical implants consult their doctor and
the manufacturer of the medical implant
before operating the electric power tool.

INTENDED USE

The angle grinder has been designed for grind-
ing masonry and steel materials without the
use of water.

UNPACKING THE TOOL

Remove the angle grinder and accessories
from the packaging. Keep packaging materials
away from small children. There is danger of
suffocation!

ASSEMBLY

Before assembly, always switch off
the machine and remove the battery
from the machine.
Never use the angle grinder without
the protective cover.
Inserting the grinding disc
Attention! Always disconnect the battery
prior to insertion and replacement of a
grinding disc to avoid unintentional
activation.
The rated speed of the accessory must be at
least equal to the maximum speed marked on
the power tool. Accessories running faster than
their rated speed can break and fly apart.
1.
Lock the spindle by pressing the locking
knob (4). Hold down the locking knob.

Rotate the spindle by hand until the spin-
dle noticeably snaps into place.
3.
Place the grinding disc (5) on the inner
flange.

Screw the outer flange (6) onto the
spindle.
5.
Spin the grinding disc by hand to check
for proper installation and ease of
movement.

Perform a test run (see Startup).

To change the grinding disc, go in reverse
order after you have loosened the outer
flange using the face pin wrench. Before
changing the grinding disc, clean the outer
flange and the inner flanges from grinding
residue each time.
Speed adjustment
The tool has a variable speed control with
1+six settings for precise speed adjustment.
Set it to the required speed for operation. The
required speed is depend on the material and
is to be determined by a practical trial.
On/Off Trigger
1.
Switching on
Move the On/Off switch (1) to the right and
then forward to the tool head. Press the
front part of it down until it is latched. Then
you can release the switch, it will lock on
for continuous use.
2.
Switching off
Push down the back of the On/Off switch
(1) and move it backwards to the rear of
the tool to switch off.
Cutting
Maintain firm contact with the work piece to
prevent vibration and do not tilt or apply pres-
sure and when cutting. Use moderate pressure
