safety and hygiene requirements of the EU directives.
If any changes have been made to the equipment
without a prior consultation with our Company,

Guarantee
The Guarantee covers exclusively the malfunctions caused
by material defects or by manufacturing defects. When
making a defect claim under the Guarantee, it is essential
to enclose the original purchase voucher stating the date
of purchase. The Guarantee does not cover the defects
due to unauthorized use, e.g. overloading of the machine,
application of force, and damage due to inappropriate use
by foreign action or by foreign objects. The cases of non-
compliance with operating instructions and assembly
instructions and the cases of fair wear and tear are also
excluded from the Guarantee cover.
Emergency Actions
Give first aid that is adequate to the injury, and get medical
help as soon as possible. Protect the injured person
against any further harm and place him/her in the recovery
position.
To be able to provide help in case of an accident, the
work place should always be equipped with a first aid
kit in accordance with DIN 13164. Materials used to
provide first aid should be replaced immediately to
keep the first aid kit complete.
When calling medical help, provide the following
information:
1. locality of the accident
2. type of accident
3. number of injured persons
4. type of injury
Intended Use
The fallen fruit picker must be used only for picking-up
fruit.
Disposal
Instructions for disposal are apparent from pictograms on
the equipment or on packaging, as the case may be.
Description of individual meanings can be found under
"Marking".

Packaging protects the machine against damage during
transportation. Packaging materials are usually chosen
while considering the issues of ecological burden and the
disposal potential, and are therefore recyclable.
By returning the packaging into the materials cycle, raw
materials are saved and wastes quantity reduced.
Some parts of packaging (e.g. plastic foils, polystyrene
etc.) may be dangerous to children. These materials
present the hazard of suffocation!
Store individual parts of packaging out of reach of children
and arrange for disposal of these materials as soon as
possible.
Requirements on Operator
Before using the equipment, the operator must read
Operating Instructions carefully.
Qualification
Except for a thorough training provided by a skilled person,
no special qualification is required for using of this
equipment.
Minimal Age
This equipment may be used only by the persons older
than 16 years of age. The exception is the use of this tool
by the juveniles operating it within the framework of their
occupational training to obtain the required skills under
supervision of a trainer.
Training
Appropriate instruction is required to use this tool. No
special training is required.
