Problem
The
massagers
and the
charging
case
become
warm
during
charging.
The
massager
suddenly
switches off.
Possible cause
One or both
massagers are
not placed in the
charging case
properly.
The lid of the
charging case is
open.
This is normal.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.
You have pressed
the mode selection
button or the
decrease button
for some time and
thus switched off the
massager.
Solution
Place the massagers properly in
the charging case (see chapter
'Charging').
Close the lid of the charging case.
The charging case does not work
if the lid is open.
No further action required.
Charge the massager (see
chapter 'Charging').
Press any button to switch on
the massager again.
