▪ Keep the polisher and the charger in a safe, dry location, out of reach of
children, where the temperature will not exceed 40° C (104° F).
▪ Before undertaking maintenance work on the polisher, remove the
battery.
▪ WARNING! The battery contains harmful substances. Handle the battery
with care. Avoid dropping it onto any hard surface and do not expose it to
pressure or any other form of mechan-ical stress. Keep the battery away
from extreme heat and cold.
▪ Only charge, operate and store the battery at an ambient temperature
between 10º C and 30º C.
▪ The unit is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2000 m above sea
level.
▪ Attention, risk of injury! Never short-circuit the battery or expose it to
moisture. Do not store it together with any metal parts which could short-
circuit the contacts. The battery could overheat, start burning or explode.
▪ Do not disassemble the polisher and do not attempt to repair it yourself.
It does not contain any parts serviceable by you. Do not attempt to
disassemble the battery.
