NOTE
Incorrect holding of the planetary
gearbox during maintenance!
Material damage and malfunction of the
planetary gearbox during operation.

During maintenance, it is imperative
that you hold the planetary gearbox
horizontally. Otherwise, there is the
risk of the gears and needle bearings
loosening from the gearbox.

Only qualified personnel are author-
ized to maintain the product.
1. Remove the first planetary stage from
the gearbox
2. Distribute the grease quantity specified
in the Maintenance schedule evenly to
the internal gearing of the gear ring,
which becomes visible.

10 Decommissioning
Proceed as follows to decommission the
tightening spindle:

Switch the controller off.
The light emitting diodes (LEDs) at the
controller will go out.
The disassembly and replacement of your
product is described in the "Disassembly
and replacement" chapter, as are the rele-
vant safety instructions.
