Air Purification and Strainers

Slightly touch button MODE to select this mode, first
judge whether the strainer (HEPA strainer or activa-
ted carbon strainer) is installed or not, if installed, the
purification pattern displays constantly, the fan starts
high-speed air operation, air speed can be regulated
via setup button HUMIDITY and is circularly selected
among high-speed air low-speed air . Meanwhile accu-
mulative timer begins.
For timing of use of strainer, upper icons, i.e. six stars
represent 24 hours, one star is displayed every 4 hours,
two stars are displayed every 8 hours...and six stars are
displayed every 24 hours, which is then transferred to
one day directly. You can replace strainer as appropriate
according to local environmental quality, after replace-
ment of strainer pressing reset button next to strainer
can reset timer and begin timing again.
NOTE: If the strainer is not detected in air purification mode, the dehumidifier cannot operate, and
the strainer pattern flickers to prompt addition of strainer.

Description of Air Purification Function
The activated carbon strainer has perfect adsorptivity and air purification function and can effectively
remove volatile organic compounds and pollutants such as particulates, smoke, odour, ammonia,
dimethylbenzene and methanal, etc.with perfect purification effect.
The HEPA strainer can effectively remove trivial dust and smoke. In combination with multi-function
strainer, the HEPA strainer can filter dust in size of more than 20nm, allergens and particulates, in-
cluding bacteria and part of viruses.
NOTE: The high-efficiency composite HEPA strainer and the activated carbon strainer cannot be used
simultaneously, but only one of them is permitted at one time. You can replace the above two strai-
ners as appropriate according to local environmental quality. For good environmental quality, a life
cycle of the activated carbon strainer and the HEPA strainer for approximate 1.5 years is recommen-
ded. For general environmental quality, it is recommended that the life cycle of the activated carbon
strainer and the HEPA strainer is about 1 year. For bad environmental quality, it is recommended that
the life cycle of the activated carbon strainer and the HEPA strainer is about 9 months.
