Replacing the Hose
Pull the Hose (19) out completely until it engages in the last position.
Remove the Locking Plate (24).
Loosen the 4 Screws (5) which connect the mounting bracket hinge to the Left
Case (21).
Loosen the Hose Clamp (18B) and remove the Hose (19). Next, remove the
Bend Protection Spring (26) from the old hose.
Finally, insert the new (½") Hose (19), place the Bend Protection Spring (26)
over the end, secure the hose with the Hose Clamp (18B) and reassemble the
Reel (A) in reverse order.
Maintenance
Next loosen the 4 Case Screws (1) on the Left Casing
(21) and remove the Left Casing. You are now looking
at the Reel (12) itself. Note that the reel is under spring
tension! Under no circumstances should the Reel (12)
be turned.
