Inserting the Batteries
Swing the battery compartment out of the unit and insert the battery into the
compartment (Fig. 1). The + pole must be in the direction of the volume
control.
Turning the unit ON and OFF
The battery compartment also serves as ON/OFF switch (Fig. 2). When the
battery compartment snaps into the inner indexation (b), the unit is turned off.
When the battery compartment is closed all the way (Indexation a), the unit is
on. You can use the tip of the included plastic stick to open the battery
compartment (Fig. 6).
Inserting the Unit
Attach one of the ear pieces to the unit and set the volume control to 0 (Fig.3).
Now insert the unit in your ear and adjust the volume as desired (Fig. 5).
To avoid a high-pitched hiss always set the volume to 0 before inserting
the unit. Your hand will cause a very noisy, unpleasant acoustic
feedback when inserting the unit.
Cleaning the Unit
Do not use water or any other kind of liquid to clean the unit. If the unit should
become wet by accident, remove the battery and place the unit in a warm
place to dry.
Use the included brush to clean the outside of the unit. The inner channel of
the ear plug can be cleaned with the wire loop on the included plastic pin
(Fig. 8).
