(1) On/Off and running mode selector switch
This switch switches the device on and off, and selects the appro-
priate alert mode. Switch positions: (off / switched on with vibration
alert / switched on with visual alert)
When the vibration alert is set, the device starts to vibrate in the
case of an alert. With visual alert set, the device starts to flash in
the case of an alert.

The window displays the visual alert (flashing).

(5) Low-voltage socket
Via this socket, you can supply the devices with power by connec-
ting the low-voltage plug of an appropriate power pack (Order No.
518301). Make sure not to reverse the polarity of the low-voltage
plug (inner pin positive/ outer pin negative).
(6) On/Off and sensitivity selector switch
This switch switches the transmitter on and off, and also allows
you to select between two different levels of sensitivity for the built-
in microphone.
Switch positions: (off / switched on at lower sensitivity / switched
on at higher sensitivity)
At the higher sensitivity level, the microphone reacts to noises of
low volume. At the lower sensitivity level, the microphone only re-
acts to noises of higher volume.
(7) Microphone openings
The microphone which detects the noises is located behind these
openings.
(8) Battery clip
The battery clip is fastened to the 9V block battery.

• Gebruik de laagvoltagestekker met de afmetingen buiten 3,5 mm
en binnen 1,3 mm.
• Stel de polariteit van de laagvoltagestekker zo in, dat plus binnen
ligt.

Let op de spanningswaarden en de juiste polariteit.
