Assembling
Remove all part from the bottom cabinet. Lay the
bottom cabinet onto its side and insert the casters
in the bearings on the underside of the cabinet.
If a caster sits too loose in the bearing, remove it
and use a screwdriver to slightly press apart the
split axle. Then re-insert the caster into the bottom
cabinet. If a caster sits too tight or if it cannot be
fitted, use pliers to slightly squeeze together the
split axle.
Attach the supplied side handle by means of the
enclosed machine screw, washers and hex nuts to
the side of the bottom cabinet.
Fold up the cover of the upper cabinet and insert
the drawers so that they fit in straight. Then fold
down the cover. The drawers must not be able to
be opened. The cover protects the drawers when
they are properly closed against unintended
opening.
Choose the right position and place the shelf insert
into the bottom cabinet. First lift up the shelf insert
lightly on one side and press down the other side of
the shelf insert to the same height. Finally check
that the shelf insert sits firmly.
Place the suspension hooks on the desired position
into the holes on the inner side of the cabinet door.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the tool cabinet with a lightly moistened cloth and dry fully.
Never use aggressive chemicals or abrasives.
Lubricate the slide rails yearly with grease or oil.
