Emptying the Dust Container

1. Regularly empty the dust container (11) in time, to maintain the strong suction
power of the unit.
2. Switch off the vacuum cleaner and pull the power plug.
3. Remove the dust container (11) as described in chapter "Removing/Inserting
the Dust Container".
4. Press the release button for the bottom of the dust
container (13). The bottom will open and the dust
can drop down. Clear the dust container content
outside into a trashcan or into another suitable
container.
5. Close the dust container and reinsert it in the
vacuum cleaner.
6. Reattach the flexible suction hose.

Cleaning the Filters

To prolong the service life of the filters and to maintain maximum
performance of the unit, clean the filters in regular intervals when they are
visibly covered with dust.
Dry the filters completely before reinstalling them. Do not wash the filters in the
washing machine and do not dry the filters in a dryer or over the radiator!
Cleaning the Dust Container Filter
1. Remove the dust container filter as described in chapter "Dust Filter".
2. Tap the dust out of the filter or clean the filter with a soft brush and rinse with
water.
3. Reinsert the filter when the filter is completely dry.
4. Rinse the dust container with water.
Cleaning the Exhaust Filter
1. Remove the exhaust filter as described in chapter "Exhaust Filter".
2. Tap the dust out of the exhaust filter. If the exhaust filter is very dirty, use a
soft brush and rinse it with water.
3. Reinsert the filter only when it is completely dry.
