 Before each use, check the booster pump and the power cord for any
damages. A defective booster pump must not be operated! The electrical
connection needs a shook-proof socket with 230 V~ 50 Hz, fusing at least 10
amps. Make sure the wall socket is always easily accessible.
1. Remove the blind plugs (14) from the discharge line connection (10) and the
suction pipe connection (8).
2. Unscrew the screw cap of the filter insert (9) with the included wrench (13) by
turning the screw cap counter clockwise. Remove the filter insert.
3. Fill the housing through this opening with clear water and fill water up to the
rim. Slightly shake the housing several times while filling in order to eliminate
air bubbles and resume filling. Re-attach the filter insert on the housing. Do not
over-tighten the screw cap in order not to damage the threads.
4. Connect the booster
pump to
supply by using the
connecting nipple (11)
and a reinforced, but
flexible high-pressure
hose (1").
The length of the high-
pressure hose should
be at least 50 cm in
order to minimize noise
development and over-
stressing of the hoses
during operating. Avoid
unnecessary and close
bending of the hoses.
The hoses may kink
due to excessive vibra-
tion. Firmly tighten the hose clamp (12).
5. Also fill the suction line hose with clear water.
6. Insert the connecting nipple (11) into the discharge line connection (10). Attach
the hose to the connecting nipple and firmly tighten the hose clamp (12).
The booster pump is now ready for use.
