Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed
to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
Keep infants away from the unit.
Use this unit for cleaning purposes only and follow the instructions as
described in this manual.
Do not use the unit if the charger, the power cord or other parts of the unit
are damaged. Have the unit repaired by an authorized technician.
The use of any accessory or attachment other than those recommended in
this instruction manual may present a risk of irreparable damage to the
unit.
Use the only the included charger to charge the vacuum cleaner and do
not use the charger for other purposes.
Do not attempt to use the vacuum cleaner to pick up either liquids or
burning or glowing articles. Do not suck sharp objects, toner dust or plas-
ter.
Do not use the unit in a damp environment or outdoors. Store the unit in a
dry place.
Never point the vacuum hose towards persons or animals.
The unit is intended for domestic use only.
Never immerse the device in water! Do not use aggressive chemicals,
abrasives or solvents such as benzene to clean the unit.
The unit does not contain parts serviceable by you, do not disassemble it
and do not try to repair it yourself. In the case of questions or problem
please turn to the Westfalia customer support department.
