Operating from the Power Mains
If a wall socket is within reach, the machine can be operated

from the power mains. Connect the machine to a suitable wall
socket with the power cable and a suitable extension cord.
The machine can now be operated as usual.
If the machine is operated from the power mains, both LEDs
2.
will light up during operation.
Emptying the Dust Container
Open the two clasps on the rear of the machine. Now use the

handle on top of the machine to lift it off the ground. The dust
container will fold out of the machine into an upright position.
Use the handle on the dust container to take it out from under
2.
the machine.
After emptying, lift the rear of the machine.

Engage the hinges on the front part of the dust container and

on the machine.
Fold the machine down onto the container.

Secure it with the clasps. Make sure the handle on the dust
6.
container is folded down.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Periodically remove twigs and accumulations of leaves from
the rotary brushes and the passage into the dust container.
The outside of the machine can be cleaned with a moist cloth
and a mild detergent as necessary.
Do not use abrasives, aggressive chemicals or solvents.
