Cleaning the Absorber
1. To clean the absorber, first
open the fan body cover
(10) by pressing the cover
outwards (see direction of
the arrow).
2. Pull the absorber out of the
housing.
cleaning the fibre strips of
the absorber weekly with
mild soapy water and to
rinse thoroughly with clear
water.
3. Re-insert the absorber into
the housing and lightly press
the
absorber inwards (see direction of the arrow). Now
insert the pins of the housing (10) into the gap
between housing and absorber. Press the fan body
cover back in place until it fits with the housing.
Cleaning and Storing
Before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance
work, pull the power supply unit from the mains resp.
pull the plug of the car adaptor from the air
conditioner.
Remove remaining water from the water tank and
from the device.
