NOTE: When the scanner is operated by Wi-Fi, the simplex, duplex and scan action must be controlled by the software.
Function Action
Scan button The button initiates a scan if the document is detected in the feeder.
NOTE: Scan button will only work with HP WorkScan software which can be downloaded
at hpworksolution.com/setup.
Press to power on.
Power button
Ready to scan or scan is in progress.
Press & hold for 5 seconds to power off.
Sleep mode.
Simplex/Duplex button In simplex mode. Scanner is preset to simplex scanning.
In duplex mode.
USB connecting Connection in progress.
USB connected Connection with the computer is established.
