Preparation
For assembling the super hand truck a cross-head screwdriver and two
open-end wrenches in the sizes 10 mm and 17 mm (not included) are
required.
Please read the manual thoroughly before assembling the super hand
truck. Remove all parts from the packaging and check for completeness.
Assembling
1. Attach the load tray (3) to the
underside of the red tube frame (2).
Use 4x the screws (12) with the cor-
responding
washers,
spring
(10 mm) (figure 1).
2. Lead
the
corresponding hole at the underside
of the red tube frame (2). Put both
wheels (9) on the axle and secure
them with 2x the washers (7) and the
small cotter pins (8) (figure 1).
3. Mount the two casters (10), as
pictured, on the other end of the red
frame. Insert the threads of the cast-
ers into the corresponding holes and
secure them with the washers and the
nuts that had been pre-assembled on
the threads of the casters (figure 2).
