The battery must only be charged with the charger
recommended by the manufacturer. A charger intended for
one type of battery can result in a fire risk if used with
another type of battery.
Handle the battery with care – do not expose it to knocks
and blows, and protect it from contact with nails,
screwdrivers and other sharp objects. Negligent handling
and sharp objects can cause short circuiting in the battery,
resulting in the emission of fumes, overheating, fire or
explosion.
Stop charging and/or using the battery immediately if it is
damaged, deformed, abnormally hot, smells, or exhibits
other unusual characteristics.
Minor battery leakage can occur in extreme operating
conditions or hot temperatures. If you get battery fluid on
your skin or clothes, wash immediately with soap and water.
Neutralise with lemon juice, vinegar or other weak acid.
If you get battery fluid in your eyes, rinse your eyes with
clean water for at least 15 minutes and then seek medical
attention immediately.
WARNING!
The product produces an electromagnetic field when in use.
This field can in some circumstances affect active or passive
medical implants. If you have a medical implant you should
consult your doctor and/or the manufacturer of the medical
implant before using the product to reduce the risk of serious
or fatal personal injury.
IMPORTANT:
Do not dismantle the battery or attempt to replace the
battery cells.
