Blank display
Malfunction during operation

18. Care and cleaning

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions.
They can damage the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
Do not immerse the product in water.
• Always disconnect the product from the vehicle's OBD II interface before cleaning.
• Use a slightly damp cloth or a soft brush to clean the product.
Cause
Connection problem
No power supply
Vehicle not compatible
Remedy
Plug the ODB II connector
correctly into the vehicle's
OBD II interface.
Switch on the ignition of the
vehicle.
Check whether your vehicle
is in the list of compatible
vehicles (note vehicle type
and year of manufacture!)
