The TX-C5i handset uses a Lithium Polymer battery pack stored in the battery
compartment.
< Leaving the TX-C5i docked on the RX-C10i, and the supplied AC adapter
connected to the RX-C10i and plugged into an AC line, the TX-C5i and
iPod nano can be charged. The batteries will be completely charged
within approximately 4.5 hours from a full discharge when the TX-C5i is
not used.
< The TX-C5i can be used for 5 hours after the battery is fully charged.
< When the battery pack needs to be recharged, the PAIRING button flashes
slowly in red. When the battery get closer to discharge the TX-C5i
handset will shut off automatically to protect the batteries.
< During charging the PAIRING button flashes slowly in green.
Battery Replacement
If the usable time decreases after the battery is fully charged, replace the
battery with a new one.
< To order new battery pack for replacement, please contact your dealer or
a TEAC service center.
Caution:
Do not heat or disassemble rechargeable battery pack. Never dispose of
old battery by throwing it in a fire.
