3.2. Preparing for use

LOCATING THE DEVICE
The device should always be positioned on an even, stable, clean and dry surface,
and be out of the reach of children and persons with limited mental and sensory
functions. The appliance can be mounted to the working surface, if necessary.
ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
1. There is a mounting bar on the back of the working plate. Guide two bolts
through the holes in the lower part of the cutter and the holes in the end of the
mounting bar. Screw them into the working plate.
2. Put the handle into the hole in the upper part of the cutter. Align the holes in
cutter with the holes in the handle, guide a bolt and screw the handle.
1. There is a mounting chassis on the back of the working plate. Find the holes in
the lower part of the cutter (two holes on the left, two holes in the center and
two holes on the right) and align them with the holes in the chassis. Guide bolts
through all the holes and screw them into the working plate.
2. Unscrew the nut of the cutting angle pointer. Take the plate with cutting angles
marked on and put it on the working plate. The longer side of the cutting angle
plate should be on the working plate, not outside. Adjust the position. Screw
the nut back on.
3. Put the handle on the pin in the upper part of the cutter. Align the holes in the
pin with the holes in the handle, guide a bolt though and screw the handle in.
1. There are four holes in the lower part of the cutter on each side designated for
wheels installation. Align the holes in the mounting plate of the wheels with the
relevant holes in the cutter, guide bolts through and screw the wheels to the
cutter.
2. There is a mounting chassis on the back of the working plate. Find the holes in
the lower part of the cutter (two holes on the left, two holes in the center and
two holes on the right) and align them with the holes in the chassis. Guide bolts
through all the holes and screw them into the working plate.
