Preparation

Do this at least 2 to 3 times with
the appliance placed near an
open window without any bread
in it. Allow the appliance to cool
between each time you turn it off
and on.
1. Remove all packaging parts
and delivery packaging.
2. Set up the appliance as pre-
viously described and connect
the mains plug to an easily
accessible, properly installed
socket.
3. Turn the browning control (3)
to the maximum setting.
4. Push the operating lever (2)
down.
The appliance will start to heat
up, and the operating indicator
light of the
will light up.
5. Once the toasting process is
complete, the operating lever
will spring back to its original
position and the operating in-
dicator light of the
button will go out.
Odour or smoke may be pro-
duced during initial use. This
is normal and is not a fault.
