operation until the air is completely eliminated from the system, otherwise
the unit will not work properly.

Reinstall the service plug with its seal. If the seal is worn or damaged,
replace it with a new one.
3.3.
Working with the device
3.3.1 Warming up the device (only if necessary to start working in cold
conditions)
If the ambient temperature is low and the unit is not heated (i.e. it
was not operating beforehand), warm it up first so that the hydraulic
fluid inside becomes hotter and thinner. To do this, work the device
"on idle", i.e. by pressing the trigger to fully extend the piston and
then let it return to the starting position - this action should be
repeated for 30-60 seconds or 15-20 cycles, each being an extended-
retracted piston.
3.3.2
Clearance screw adjustment
IMPORTANT: Adjustment of the clearance screw has a significant
impact on work safety (stabilizing the cut object in the head to
prevent its uncontrolled movement during processing) and the life of
the device itself (piston and cutting jaws).
Before making the first cut, first insert the bar into the cutting head
so that it rests on it and then adjust the clearance screw so that its
head rests lightly on the bar. Use the counter nut on this screw to
secure the desired position of the bolt against spontaneously
unscrewing during operation.
3.3.3
Cutting

Insert the bar into the cutting head so that it rests on the lower part
of the cutting head.

Press the trigger to extend the piston and press the rod with its jaws
until the rod is cut off (if you release the trigger before the piston is
fully extended, the piston will stop in its current position.)
After cutting the rod, release the trigger and the piston will

automatically return to its original position (fully retracted).
IMPORTANT: The piston will not respond to pressing the trigger again
to extend it until it is fully retracted.
