Switching on and setting power
1) Magnichef 4 hob (article number 10041380)
• As soon as the hob is switched on and you have placed the cookware on
the corresponding cooking zone, touch the corresponding button and the
indicator at the point you have touched will flash.
• Each cooking zone has different power levels that can be set with a magnetic
rotary control or a round slider.
• You can adjust the power from 0-15 by turning the knob or by using your
finger.
• Switch off the cooking zone: To switch off the cooking zones, first select the
correct cooking zone and then make the setting with the magnetic control dial
or the round slider. Make sure that the display shows "0".
2) Magnichef 4 Flex hob (article number 10041381)
a) with magnetic rotary control
• Once the hob is switched on and you have placed the cookware on the
selected cooking zone, turn the corresponding magnetic control dial of the
cooking zone you want to use. Then turn the control dial to set the desired
power. The display flashes.
• Turning the knob clockwise increases power. If you turn the knob
anticlockwise, the power is reduced. You can set the power during operation
as follows: 0-15-b (maximum power).
• Touch the cooking zone selector for the cooking zone you want to switch off
and turn the control knob anticlockwise. Make sure that the display shows "0".
b) without magnetic rotary control
• Once the hob is switched on and you have placed the cookware on the
selected cooking zone, touch the relevant button and the indicator at the
point you have touched will flash.
• Each cooking zone has different power levels, which you can set using the
or button. The power can be set as follows: 0-15-b (maximum power).
