DANGER for children!

Children must not play with packing
material. Do not allow children to play
with plastic bags. There is a risk of suf-
focation.
Keep the device out of the reach of chil-
dren.
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Do not use the device if there is visible
damage.
Do not reach into the device or touch
hot or sharp parts.
To avoid any risks, do not make modifi-
cations to the product. Repairs must be
carried out by a specialist workshop or
the Service Centre.
WARNING! Risk of material
damage!
Never place the device on hot surfaces
(e.g. hot plates) or near to heat sources
or open fire.
The device is designed for a maximum
operating time of 1 minute without inter-
ruption. After this, the device must re-
main switched off until it has cooled
down to room temperature.
Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing aids.
Protect your device from shocks and
prevent it from falling down.

1 complete copy of the user instructions (on
the Internet)
1 copy of the short manual (enclosed with
the device)

5. How to use

• Remove all packing material.
• Check that the delivery is complete.

5.1 Power supply

WARNING! Risk of material damage!
Be sure to observe the correct polarity
when inserting the batteries (graphic on
the bottom of the battery compartment).
1. Slide the battery compartment cover 1
off the battery compartment and lift it
off.
2. Figure A: if necessary, replace the old
batteries with new ones. Be sure to ob-
serve the graphics on the alignment of
the batteries on the bottom of the bat-
tery compartment.
3. Figure A: slide the battery compart-
ment cover 1 back onto the device.

5.2 Setting up the device

• Place the device on a dry, level surface.
