Left distribution box and immersion heater,
transferring
1. Disconnect the ribbon cable from the immersion
heater board.
2. Disconnect wiring connector
3. Disconnect the wiring connector (screwdriver).
4. Disconnect the ground cable secured on the left
hand side of the stand frame.

5. Remove the distribution box by pressing in the hooks
as illustrated.

6. Disconnect the hoses that run to the vent for the
heating medium (QM20), coil (QM22) and buffer
vessel (QM23).
Remove the holder for the vents. Remove the holder
by inserting a screwdriver between the holder and
the stand as illustrated. Then carefully pry the holder
loose.
TIP
Mark the hoses to facilitate reinstallation
on the new unit.
7. Remove the clips from the pipe sections behind the
immersion heater board and separate the pipe from
the immersion heater. The left hand pipe is discon-
nected at the reversing valve (QN10) and the right
hand is disconnected at the tank.
