First decide whether you wish to use the Grill-Smoking Oven as a grill or a smoking oven.

Grating
USING THE GRILL-SMOKING OVEN
AS A SMOKING OVEN
Put the resistor into the lower part by
pushing it into the hole in the side of the
Grill-Smoking Oven and fasten it with 2
screws. Fasten the loose valve to the grill.
Place the chip tray on the chip tray carriers
and sprinkle the chip tray with a handful of
moistened smoking chips.
Place the grating on the fat plate and place
the fat plate and the grating in the Grill-
Smoking Oven.
Now you can use the Grill-Smoking Oven as
a smoking oven. Read more in the instruction
under SMOKING.
USING THE GRILL-SMOKING OVEN
AS A GRILL
Put the resistor into the upper part by
pushing it into the hole in the side of the
Grill-Smoking Oven and fasten it with
2 screws. Fasten the loose valve to the
smoking oven.
The chip tray is not used for grilling.
Place the grating on the fat plate and place
the fat plate and the grating in the Grill-
Smoking Oven.
Now you can use the Grill-Smoking Oven as
a grill. Read more in the instruction under
GRILLING.
