Installing/changing the
saw blade
Switch off the device and remove
the battery before carrying out any
work.
1. Set the cutting depth to the minimum
position, 0 mm (using the retaining
screw (6) ).
2. Using the pull lever for the protective
hood (23), move the protective hood
back and switch the device off.
3. Press and hold down the spindle lock
(15).
4. Loosen the clamping screw (22) with
the Allen key (24).
5. Now, remove the clamping screw (22)
and the clamping flange (21).
6. Pull the pull lever for the protective
hood (23) all the way back and hold
the protective hood (9) in this position.
7. Carefully remove the saw blade (8)
from the device from below.
8. Install the saw blade (8) in the reverse
order.
WARNING! The arrow on the saw
blade must match the direction ar-
row (direction of travel, marked on
the protective hood).
Make sure that the saw blade is
suitable for the speed of the tool.
Connecting the dust
extraction
There are three options for connecting the
permitted dust and shavings extraction.
Depending on the diameter of the hose
for the dust and shavings extraction, select
one of the following options:
• Connecting the dust and shavings
extraction directly
1. Connect the dust and shavings
extraction directly to the shavings
ejector (17).
• Connecting the dust and shavings
extraction to the adapter (20)
1 Place the dust extraction adapter
(20) on the shavings ejector (17).
2. Connect the dust and shavings ex-
traction to the adapter (20).
• Connecting the dust and shavings
extraction to the adapter (20) and
reducer (20a)
1. Place the dust extraction adapter
(20) on the shavings ejector (17).
2 Place the reducer (20a) on the dust
extraction adapter (20).
3. Connect the dust and shavings ex-
traction to the adapter (20).
When working with materials that
produce dangerous dust, connect
the device to an appropriate, tested
dust class M suction device.
Mounting the parallel
stop
With the parallel guide (11), you can saw
parallel to a straight edge.
You can use the parallel guide on
both the left and the right side of
the appliance.
Please note that the smallest dimen-
sion differs depending on the side
selected.
1. Loosen the butterfly screw for the pa-
rallel stop holder (12) and insert the
parallel stop (11) in the parallel stop
holder (10).
