Please note the included General Safety Notes and the
following safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or
physical injury:
Please also observe the safety notes in the manuals of
Battery and Charger.
Read the instructions carefully before use and follow all given instructions. Keep the
instructions in a safe place for future reference.
Dispose of used packaging material carefully or store it out of the reach of children. There
is a danger of suffocation!
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to use the unit,
unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
The gravity spray gun may only be operated by competent persons. Unintended use or
modifications of any kind can lead to injuries or to damage to property.
Observe all local and national process specifications and requirements of the authorities
and professional associations with regard to ventilation, fire fighting, operations and
general practices in the workplace.
Always use the tool with the necessary care and caution and protect yourself and others
form accidents by taking suitable precautions.
Only use the spray gun in sufficiently ventilated rooms.
Always wear personal safety equipment when using the spray gun. Toxic fumes and
certain materials can be poisonous. Those materials may create irritation or be
otherwise harmful to health. Follow the recommendations shown on the signs or
written on the data sheets. Always wear a respiratory protection. The safety class
of the system has to be in accordance with the processed materials. Always wear
safety gloves when processing varnish or when cleaning the unit. We suggest
wearing ear and eye protection when operating the spray gun.
Do not spray any material if you do not know whether it is potentially dangerous.
Unknown materials could cause dangerous conditions.
Keep your hands and other body parts out of the spray jet. If the spray jet pierces the skin,
seek medical assistance immediately. The sprayed material can even penetrate through a
glove and into the skin and thus into your body.
Do not treat such a penetration injury like a normal cut. A high-pressure jet can inject toxic
materials into the body and cause serious injuries. In the event of a chemical penetration
of the skin, seek medical assistance immediately.
Keep your working area tidy. Only take as much paint and thinner to your working area as
required for completing the job. Do not keep paint and thinners in open containers; store
them in a safe place which is not easily accessible to others.
