Initialization

This is the first screen you will see when power on the receiver, you need to press RCU "OK"
button for 6 seconds to enter paring mode (RCU will blink the led).
When receiver caught the RCU paring signal, it will show paring screen.
After paring successful, it will show language selection menu.
