Anwendung, Funktion, Bedienung Der Thermostat schaltet eine oder mehrere Lasten (z.B. selbstregulierende Heizkabel) bis zu einem Gesamtstrom von 16 A (2,5 A bei Motorlast) ein und aus. Dies ist besonders beim Betrieb von selbstregulierenden Heizkabel an Wasserleitungen wichtig, damit die Heizung bei Erreichen einer einstellbaren Solltemperatur komplett ausschaltet. Das Gerät ist beständig gegen ammoniakhaltige Dämpfe, wie z.B. Stallluft. Der Sollwert (Skalenwert) wird am Drehknopf eingestellt. Platzierung, Wartung Der Thermostat muss direkt an der Wasserleitung, an der kältesten Stelle, angelegt werden. Der Fühler muss in Kontakt mit der Wasserleitung stehen. Der Temperaturfühler und das Gehäuse sollten regelmäßig von Schmutz befreit werden. Montage Nach Abnahme des Einstellknopfes und des Gehäuseoberteils wird der Thermostat mit beigefügter Schlauchschelle direkt auf der Wasserleitung befestigt. Der Thermostat ist nur für den Anschluss an festverlegten Leitungen bestimmt. Fehler beim Anschluss können zur Beschädigung des Gerätes führen! Für Schäden, die durch falschen Anschluss und/oder unsachgemäße Handhabung entstehen, wird nicht gehaftet! Vor Arbeiten am Gerät Leitungen spannungsfrei schalten. Der Anschluss darf nur durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal erfolgen! Der Anschluss ist nach dem beigefügten Prinzipschaltbild durchzuführen. -

Ceci est particulièrement important lors de l'utilisation de câbles chauffants autorégulants sur des conduites d'eau, afin que le chauffage s'arrête complètement lorsqu'une température de consigne réglable est atteinte. L'appareil résiste aux vapeurs ammoniaquées, comme l'air des étables. Cette valeur de consigne (valeur de l'échelle) est réglée à l'aide du bouton rotatif. Installation, entretien Le thermostat doit être placé directement sur la conduite d'eau, au point le plus froid. Le capteur doit être en contact avec la conduite d'eau. Le capteur de température et le boîtier doivent être nettoyés régulièrement. Montage Après avoir retiré le bouton de réglage et la partie supérieure du boîtier, le thermostat est fixé directement sur la conduite d'eau à l'aide du collier de serrage fourni. Il est uniquement destiné à être raccordé à des conduites fixes. Des erreurs de raccordement peuvent endommager l'appareil ! Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dommages causés par un mauvais raccordement et/ou une mauvaise manipulation. Débrancher les câbles d'alimentation électrique avant toute chose. Le raccordement ne doit être effectué que par un personnel spécialisé agréé.

This is important for the operation of self-regulating heater cables on water pipes, so that the heating is switched off in the case of reaching the required temperature. The thermostat is resistant against ammoniacal steam, such as stable air. The set value (scale value) is adjusted at the rotary switch. Positioning, maintenance The thermostat must be placed directly on the water pipe, at the coldest point. The sensor must be in contact with the water pipe. The temperature sensor and the unit should be cleaned regularly. Mounting After removing the rotary switch and the upper cover, fix the unit with the enclosed hose clamp directly on the water pipe. It‘s only usable for connecting to permanently installed lines. Errors in the connection can damage the unit! No liability is accepted for damage caused by incorrect connection and/or improper handling! Before working on the unit, make sure all cables are voltage free! The connection must only be made by authorised expert personnel! Connect the unit as shown on the enclosed simplified diagram. Dit is heel belangrijk bij het gebruik van zelfregulerende verwarmingskabels op waterleidingen, zodat de verwarming volledig uitschakelt wanneer een instelbare streeftemperatuur is bereikt. Het toestel is bestand tegen ammoniak houdende dampen, b.v. stallucht. Het setpoint (schaalwaarde) wordt ingesteld met de draaiknop. Plaatsing, onderhoud De thermostaat moet rechtstreeks op de waterleiding worden geplaatst, op het koudste punt. De sensor moet in contact staan met de waterleiding. De temperatuursensor en de behuizing moeten regelmatig van vuil worden ontdaan. Montage Nadat de instelknop en het bovenste deel van de behuizing zijn verwijderd, wordt de thermostaat rechtstreeks op de waterleiding bevestigd met de bijgeleverde slangklem. Het is alleen bedoeld voor aansluiting op vaste leidingen. Fouten bij de aansluiting kunnen leiden tot beschadiging van het toestel! Voor schade veroorzaakt door verkeerde aansluiting en/of ondeskundige behandeling wordt geen aansprakelijkheid aanvaard! Maak de kabels los van de stroomvoorziening voordat u aan het toestel gaat werken. De aansluiting mag alleen door bevoegd vakpersoneel worden uitgevoerd! De aansluiting moet worden uitgevoerd volgens het bijgevoegde principeschema.

Esto es especialmente importante cuando se utilizan cables calefactores autorreguladores en las tuberías de agua, de modo que la calefacción se desconecta completamente cuando se alcanza una temperatura de consigna configurada. La unidad es resistente a los vapores que contienen amoníaco, por ejemplo, el aire en establos. El punto de consigna (valor de la escala) se ajusta mediante un mando giratorio. Colocación, mantenimiento El termostato debe colocarse directamente en la tubería de agua, en el punto más frío. El sensor debe estar en contacto con la tubería de agua. Hay de limpiar el sensor de temperatura y la carcasa regularmente. Montaje Después de retirar el botón de ajuste y la parte superior de la carcasa, el termostato se fija directamente a la tubería de agua con la abrazadera de manguera adjunta. Sólo está destinado a la conexión de tuberías fijas. Los errores de conexión pueden provocar daños en el aparato. No se acepta ninguna responsabilidad por los daños causados por una conexión incorrecta y/o un manejo inadecuado. Desconecte los cables de la fuente de alimentación antes de trabajar en la unidad.
