For hygienic reasons, change the dust filter bag at least once every
three months.
1. Switch off the appliance and pull the plug from the mains socket,
Zchapter 4.3, „Switching off".
2. Open the dust compartment cover by pressing its release catch (Fig. 9/
A) and then lifting it up.
3. Lift the dust compartment cover until it locks in the highest position and
stays open by itself.
4. Pull the dust filter bag holder with the filter bag out of the appliance as
shown (Fig. 9/B).
5. Pull the full dust filter bag out of the dust bag holder (Fig. 10/A).
NOTE:
You can dispose of the contents of the dust filter bag with your normal
domestic waste as long as it contains no substances not allowed in
domestic waste.
6. Push the new dust filter bag into the filter bag holder (Fig. 10/A) until it
is exactly flush with the edge of the filter bag holder.
7. Take this opportunity to check the motor protection filter as well. Clean
it if necessary, Zchapter 5.2, „Cleaning the motor protection filter".
8. Re-insert the filter bag holder with the new dust filter bag (Fig. 10/B):
- To do this, set the filter bag holder into its guide rails.
- Then push the dust filter bag holder all the way down (Fig. 10/B).

filter. Leave the filters to dry after cleaning them with water
(approx. 24 hours at room temperature). Only put them back into the
appliance when they are completely dry.

new one (Zchapter 5.4, „Spare parts and accessories").
6. Put the new / cleaned and completely dry motor protection filter back
into its holder (Fig. 11/B).
7. Push the motor protection filter at the filter holder behind both the guide
rails (Fig. 12/B) so that the arch of the filter holder points up and the grid
is still visible after insertion.
8. Insert the dust bag holder with the dust filter bag and close the dust
compartment cover Zchapter 5.1, „Changing the dust filter bag", steps
