09. Start up

BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY OPERATION, RELEASE THE PRESSURE
ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPH 9.1
- Connect the pressure pot to the compressor. Turn the regulator wheels (1) anticlockwise. Close
the product outlet valves (2).
- Once the equipment has been assembled, check that the hose is connected correctly.

- Before operating the pressure pot, check that it complete-
ly depressurised (the pressure gauge show 0)
- Disconnect the air hose from the pressure regulator. Lift
the lid and fill the pressure pot.
- Prepare the paint according to the instructions provided
by the manufacturer. Filter the paint to eliminate the big-
ger particles that might clog the gun or obstruct the fluid
passages.
- Tank filling; never exceede the máximum filling ¾ level.
- Close the cover. Once the pressure pot lid has been clo-
sed securely, open the product outlet valve and connect
the air hose to the pressure pot again.
Turn the pressure regulator (1), checking that the product
comes out of the gun through the hose.

09.1. Pressure release procedure

The tank remains under pressure until the pressure is released manually.
Follow the instructions to release pressure from pressure tank:
- BEFORE INSPECTING OR OPERATING THE SYSTEM
- AT THE END OF JOB OPERATIONS
