1 Intended use
The product (appliance) is an ice maker to make bullet ice.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
farmhouses;
by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;
bed and breakfast type environments.
It is not suitable for use in staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments.
The product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture must
be avoided under all circumstances.
If you use the product for purposes other than those described, the product may be damaged.
Improper use can result in short circuits, fires, electric shocks or other hazards.
The product complies with the statutory national and European requirements. For safety and
approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify the product.
Read the operating instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product
available to third parties only together with the operating instructions.

6.1 Read first!
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
WARNING: Fill with portable water only.
Do not use the appliance with water that is microbiologically
unsafe or of unknown quality.
WARNING: Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance
enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means
to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those
recommended by the manufacturer.

Never operate the appliance if gas leaks. Unplug immediately.
Fix the leak before using again.
6.2 General information
The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous
playing material for children.
If you have questions that remain unanswered by these operating instructions, contact our
technical support service or other technical personnel.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs must only be completed by a technician or an
authorised repair centre.
6.3 Handling
Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
Do not remove any safety, warning, or product information labels from your ice maker.
Do not overturn the ice maker. If the ice maker is overturned accidentally, place it in the
correct orientation for 2 hours before further use.
Never put flammable, explosive and corrosive liquids into the ice maker.
Unplug the ice maker before moving it to avoid damaging the refrigerating system.
6.4 Operating environment
Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
Never store or use gas and other flammable articles near the ice maker to avoid any fire.
Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
Protect the appliance from extreme temperatures, strong jolts, flammable gases, steam
and solvents.
Protect the product from high humidity and moisture.
Protect the product from direct sunlight.
6.5 Operation
Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use.
Do not touch the evaporator when using the ice maker to avoid potential frostbite.
Consult an expert when in doubt about the operation, safety or connection of the appliance.
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect
it from any accidental use. DO NOT attempt to repair the product yourself. Safe operation
can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
– is visibly damaged,
– is no longer working properly,
– has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
– has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
6.6 Mains cable
Do not tamper with power supply components. Risk of death by electric shock!
Always ensure proper connection.
Never use damaged power supply components.
Do not modify power supply components.
The mains outlet must be located near to the device and be easily accessible.
Plug the appliance into an exclusive grounded power outlet. No other appliance should be
plugged into the same outlet. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted.
This appliance must be grounded. It is equipped with a power cord having a grounding
plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
Avoid the use of an extension cord because it may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
However, if it is necessary to use an extension cord:
– Only use extension cords with a grounding plug.
– The marked rating of an extension cord must be equal to or greater than the rating of
this appliance.
– It should be positioned such that it does not drape over the counter or tabletop where it
can be pulled on by children intentionally.
Never plug in or unplug the mains plug when your hands are wet.
