For Your Safety

Working safely with this machine is
possible only when the operating
and safety information are read
completely and the instructions
contained
followed.
In addition, the general safety
instructions
booklet must be followed.
Before using for the first time, ask
for a practical demonstration.
If the cable is damaged or cut through
while working, do not touch the cable
but immediately pull the mains plug.
Never
damaged cable.
Wear safety glasses.
Wear ear protection to prevent damage
to your hearing.
During pauses in the work, when not in use or
during work on the machine itself (e.g., changing of
the working tools, repairs, cleaning, adjustment),
pull the mains plug.
Each time before starting work, check the machine
and attachment tools (e.g. saw blade guide) for
proper functioning.
Use only sharp, flawless tools.

Always direct the cable to the rear away from the
machine.
When working with the machine, always hold it
firmly with both hands and provide for a secure
stance.
When working, never place the hand or fingers in
the area near the saw blade.
Do not exceed the allowable material thickness.
The cutting path must be free of obstacles both
above and below.
Do not saw into nails, screws, etc.
Do not work with materials containing asbestos.
The machine must not be used in conjunction with
commercially available mitre boxes (see Intended
Use).
Clamp the workpiece when it does not remain
stationary from its own weight.
Apply the machine to the workpiece only when
switched on.

If the saw blade jams, switch off the machine

Switch off the machine after each cut!
Always switch off the machine and allow to come
to a stop before putting down.
Do not brake the saw blade to a stop by applying
