Open and Close

Danger of locking persons in.
Mortal danger due to possible lack of air / food.
Before closing a lock, make sure that nobody is inside the
container / room you are about to lock.
Depending on the configuration of the lock system, users enter their user – or their
personnel number ("staffnb") before entering code. Only one of these options is
described within the following sets of instructions.
If a burglar alarm system (BAS) is connected to the system,
users cannot open lock 1 unless they are authorised to
disarm the BAS.
In the user matrix of the PC software, tick [AE mark] the box
Disarm for users, if a BAS is connected.

2.6.1 Reading the RFID Card at the Operating Unit / Reader

Take - an optional card TwinCard RFID and, as it may be,
option box RFID

When Reading data is displayed, move card TwinCard RFID very close to

the numeric keypad of FlatControl / option box RFID of QPad.
With operating unit QPad, the optional box RFID is required. The card is read.
Wait until Please wait is displayed and a beep sounds.

3. Remove the RFID card.
You have successfully have the RFID card read.
