Important:
(If applicable) remove any stickers or labels from the product.
Thoroughly clean the drawer and cooking tray. See section "Cleaning and storage" for
further information.
Place the product on a stable, horizontal, even, heat resistant surface.

Risk of overcooking and/or fire! Take special care when setting the timer to STAY
ON (always on).

The cooking tray creates space for air to cir-
culate around the ingredients. It also helps
separate oils, fat, or moisture for more even
cooking and crispier results.
Slide the cooking tray to the bottom of the
basket. Make sure it sits level to the bottom
of the frying tank.
11 Operation
Important:
The product will not operate unless the frying tank is properly inserted. It should "lock"
into place.
Never operate the product unattended.
Do not cover the air outlet during operation.
Risk of burns! Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is heating.
Any dishes or accessories used in the air fryer will become hot. Always wear oven
gloves when handling or removing anything from the air fryer.
Never place anything on top of the air fryer.
Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming from the product.
Wait for the smoke to stop before removing the frying tank.
Food must only be placed in the frying tank. Never allow food to contact the heating
elements outside the frying tank.
11.1 Preheating
The product becomes extremely hot after heated.
Only touch the handle.
Preheat to working temperature so when food is added it will immediately start cooking at
the set temperature.

1. Set the desired cooking temperature.
2. Set the timer to >2 minutes and wait until the READY light turns on.
3. You can manually switch the timer OFF if the temperature is reached before the timer
runs down.

11.3 Cooking
Important:
Always use a meat thermometer to check that meat, poultry, and fish a fish are thor-
oughly cooked before eating.
Risk of smoke or fire! Be cautious when cooking food with high fat content (e.g. saus-
ages, bacon).
Experiment with small batches to get the best results.
Risk of hot oil spills! Never turn the frying tank upside down to tip food out. Use tongs.
The product becomes extremely hot during use. Only touch the handle.
During use, hot steam is released through the air outlet and when you re-
move the drawer. Always keep your hands and face at a safe distance!
This is an oil-free fryer that works on hot air. Never fill the drawer with any
type of cooking oil or liquid.

Any frozen food should be defrosted.
1. Determine the required cooking time and temperature for your ingredients. See "Cooking
chart".
2. (If required) preheat to working temperature. See "Preheating".
3. Put the ingredients into the frying tank and slide it into the compartment.
4. Set the temperature setting dial to the desired temperature.
