BEFORE FIRST USE
•
Remove all packaging materials and stickers or labels.
•
Clean the frying basket and tray in hot, soapy water. It is recommended to wash the
basket and tray by hand only, in order to preserve the non-stick coating.
•
Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
•
Wait for the appliance to be completely dry before starting cooking.
Note: the protective coating burn off will cause smoke on first use. This is NOT harmful and
will disappear after a short time. Therefore it is recommended to let your appliance work
empty for 30 minutes before using it for the first time.
USE
•
Place the frying plate inside the frying basket.
Note: the air fryer will not operate if the frying plate is not in correct position.
•
Place the ingredients in the basket and slide the basket back in.
Never pour oil or any other liquid directly into the frying basket.
•
Plug the air fryer into an electrical outlet.
•
When plugged in, the Power button light will come on. Press it to enter the function
choice mode.
•
In function choice mode, the Power button will flash and the display will show the
default temperature and cooking time.
•
Press the Power button again to start cooking with these settings.
•
Or press the Temperature and/or Timer buttons to adjust the desired settings with the
up and down arrow buttons.
•

between 30-720 minutes. Press the Delay button again, and set the temperature.
Note: to cancel, press the Delay button for 4 seconds.
•
Press the Power button to start cooking.
If you hold the Power button for more than 3 seconds, the air fryer will shut off.
•
Some ingredients are best turned halfway during the preparation time: pull the
basket out by the handle, turn the food with non-abrasive cooking tongs, then slide
the basket back into the air fryer.
•
When you hear the timer alert, the set preparation time has elapsed: pull the basket
out of the appliance by the handle, and place it on a heat-resistant support.
•
Check if the ingredients are ready. If not, simply slide the frying basket back into the
appliance and set the timer to a few extra minutes until the food is ready.
•
When ready, remove ingredients using non-abrasive cooking tongs.
Note: Excess oil from the ingredients is collected on the bottom of the basket. To
avoid oil splatter, don't turn over the pan.
•
The emptied air fryer is instantly ready to prepare another batch of ingredients.
