Regeneration program
This is an automatic function that cannot be selected manually.
It is used to remove existing sulfation on the lead plates in the battery.
If the battery voltage drops below 12V for 12V charging programs or below 24V for 24V
charging programs within 3 minutes after complete charging, the unit will switch to
regeneration mode.
The "Regeneration" charging step takes up to 2 hours. In this process, the battery capacity is
restored by injecting an increased voltage (16V for 12V charging programs or 32V for 24V
charging programs).
Note: The battery is recognized as defective if the voltage still falls below 12V for 12V mode
or 24V for 24V mode in 3 minutes after the regeneration step.
