Do not vacuum without a filter element.
1. Bring the device into the working posi-
tion.
2. Secure the device with the parking
brakes.
3. Ensure that the suction head is fitted
correctly.
4. Insert the suction hose (not included in
the scope of delivery) into the suction
connection.
5. Make sure that the waste hose is fitted
correctly (see chapter Fitting the waste
hose).
6. Make sure that the disposal system is
used correctly (see chapter Fitting the
disposal system).
7. Attach the desired accessories (not in-
cluded in the scope of delivery) to the
suction hose.
Fitting the waste hose
1. Remove all 4 loops of the waste hose
(length 22 m).

2. Open the holder by turning it to the left
and pull it out downwards.
3. Fit the waste hose.
4. Push the holder in and close it by turning
it to the right.

5. Pull the waste hose 40-50 cm down.
6. Seal the end of the waste hose with a
cable tie.
The device is suitable for vacuuming fine
dust up to dust class M.

The device is an industrial vacuum cleaner
for vacuuming dry, non-inflammable dusts
with MAK values ≥ 0.1 mg/m
Switching on the unit
1. Plug the mains plug into the socket.
2. Switch on the device via the suction tur-
bine power switches.
Note
Always switch the suction turbines on and
off one after the other. For the correct func-
tion of the pressure gauge for monitoring
the minimum volume flow, all suction tur-
bines must be switched on.
3. Start the vacuuming process.

1. Perform the vacuuming process.
The suction material does not fall into
the waste hose until the device is
switched off.
Regularly check the filling level in the
waste hose because the device does not
switch off automatically.
