Warning! To avoid the possibility of injury/damage to the

e.g. ironing board.
• Only use fresh tap water or distilled water.
• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high during
operation. Therefore, do not touch the appliance during and/
or immediately after operation. Only use the handle. Danger
of serious burns!
• During use, never put the steam iron down on its soleplate.
Always place it in upright position.
• During operation never place your hands over the power
steam. Hot steam evaporates. Danger of serious burns!
• Never let children use the steam iron.
• Always unplug the appliance
- when leaving the appliance unattended (even for a short
time)
- before filling or emptying the water tank
- before cleaning.
• Do not use the steam iron when it is leaking .
