BUTTONS OF THE REMOTE CONTROL
20. DIMMER
Brightness adjustment for the display (9) on the
front of the device.
21. REMAIN
Allows the remaining playing time of the current
track or the remaining playing time of the CD to
be displayed.
22. Number keys:
You can choose tracks directly with these buttons
or select them when programming a playing
sequence (32).
23. A-B
Allows repeated playback of a selected section
within a track.
24. INTRO
All tracks on the CD are played for 10 seconds
one after the other.
25. REPEAT
Repetition of the individual track or of the entire
CD.
26. (PLAY/PAUSE)
CD playing can be started, briefly interrupted and
resumed with this key.
27. (Fast forward)
You can wind forward quickly during playing with
this button.
28. (STOP)
This button stops playing the current CD or ends
the "PAUSE".
29. (Fast back)
You can wind backwards quickly during playback
with this button.
30. (OPEN/CLOSE)
Button for opening and closing the CD compart-
ment.
31. CANCEL
Deletes the last selected track number when you
are programming an individual playback order
with "PGM" (32).
32. PGM
You can specify (program) the order of playback
of the tracks with this button and delete the pro-
gram later with it.
33. RANDOM
For activating and deactivating random playback
of the CD tracks.
34. (BACK)
Press this button to go back to a previous track in
the sequence during playing.
35. (NEXT)
Press this button to go forward to a later track in
the sequence during playing.
36. VOL+
Increases the output level of the signal outputs.
37. VOL–
Reduces the output level of the signal outputs. Only
in few cases the "VOL" setting must be changed
after set-up of the player to a volume other than the
maximum "26" to match the device connected to
these outputs.
