7.6 Settings differential pressure regulator
When leaving the factory, the differential pressure re-
gulator is set to 150 mbar. The setting should not be
changed. Lower settings provoke a reduction of the
draw off capacity; higher settings can lead to noises
in the heating circuit.

9 Maintenance
To guarantee a perfect operation of the dwelling
station, it is recommended to have it maintained by a
specialist heating company at least once a year.
The following work should be done:
– Leakage test:
– Test opening of the PM controller (illustr. 5.1)
– of all valves and fittings.
– Cleaning of strainers (illustr. 7.1).
– Functional control:
– Check closing function of the PM controller: The
heat exchanger has to cool down after drawing
off.
– Check isolating valves.
– Check flow and draw off temperature.
